Second Chance Wildlife,Inc. Is Now a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit . The IRS has received all forms needed,and necessary for filing and has now approved! I have also Starter cost/fee: Submitted the 990-N file;this has been processed. A $750.00 user fee to the IRS was sent
certified mail 5-15-09.Though we have only received small donations in the past couple years (all donations are listed on the website) A budget has been created in hope to gain some larger donations.
(Everything is money & time) No wages have been made ever over the past 17 years I have been rehabilitating...First donations
appeared In: 2007,2008,2009,2010,2011,2012,2013.. any check paid to me personaly Is deposited into SCWI.$ has been
deposited also out of pocket-Me and my husbands personal account/ deposited into The Second Chance Wildlife,Inc.
account.I,nor my husband have ever made earnings . I have been a Maine lisenced Rehabilitator since
1997. All work effort has been purely been my passionate hobby. Begining /starter cost for:The Foundation Group was: $1,200.00-phase I & II. also 990-N preparation
$100.00 for a couple years,and I have filed there after (the foundation group prepared forms for the 501c3,and I
do thank them,but there are times; I had questions Indeed for why some things may be worded a certain way;after
a while they prefer to not answer questions.I will often question; because I like to make sure everything is reviewed
thoroughly, by making sure we are in agreement the way everything is prepared,and it is accurate/correct. I also
send The State of Maine annual report filing fee cost of: $85.00 yearly fee.In refernce to The 501c3
On: 8-13-09 I faxed over additional information/forms that were required for the IRS to complete the application
process for: Second Chance Wildlife, Inc.(regarding the 1023 application,8821 form.)Every thing was approved:o)
